Return Policy

At The Fuzion Brand, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. Please review the following guidelines regarding our return process:

  1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for items purchased directly from Watch Connection under the following circumstances:

Defective or Damaged Items: If your watch arrives damaged or defective, you may request a return. Proof of damage must be provided in advance via email.

Incorrect Item Received: If you receive a watch that differs from the one you ordered due to a processing or warehouse error.

 

  1. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

Change of Mind: Returns based on personal preference, dissatisfaction, or strap sizing issues are not eligible.

Manufacturer’s Warranty: Our watches do not include manufacturer warranties. Instead, they are covered by The Fuzion Brand’s exclusive 2-year in-house warranty. Should an issue arise, customers are responsible for returning the watch at their own expense to our address provided upon request.

 

  1. Return Process

To ensure a smooth experience, please follow the steps below:

Contact Us: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery if you believe your watch is defective, damaged, or incorrect. You may contact us via email at tfuzionbrand@gmail.com or through our official social media channels.

Return Authorization: Upon approval, a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions will be provided.

Shipping the Item: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our address. We recommend using a trackable courier service for added security.

Inspection & Resolution: Once the watch is received and inspected, if the claim is approved, you will be offered either a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund.

 

  1. Timeframe

Initiating Returns: Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 2–4 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
