Orders are typically processed within 5–8 business days. While we strive to ship promptly, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, and The Fuzion Brand is not liable for delays caused by couriers or other factors beyond our control.

3. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns only for items found to be defective. Should you receive a defective product, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt to initiate the return process. Detailed instructions will then be provided.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once the item is received and inspected, reimbursements will be processed within 3–4 business days.
